Our sandwiches are piled high with sooooo much meat!
We season and smoke our beef tri-tip, chop it and pile it high on top of a sturdy bun. It will melt in your mouth!
We season up our pork butts, smoke for 16 hours and then pull them. This is so good you won't even need sauce!
We slow cook our chicken, shred it and season it to perfection. You won't believe how tender and juicy it is!
Our sides are homemade and packed with flavor!
Creamy and delicious, we finish it off in the smoker!
This is a customer favorite! It's like cornbread meets creamy corn all cooked on the smoker. Yum!

We start with a base of our smoked, creamy, cheesy mac-n-cheese and top it off with a pile of either our smoked beef tri-tip, smoked pulled pork or shredded chicken. Top it off with shredded cheese. We then let you decide whether or not you want to top it with our Wescott Signature BBQ sauce!
We start with a layer of tortilla chips, top with melty cheese, add our smoked baked beans, then your choice of our smoked beef tri-tip/smoked pulled pork/shredded chicken. Then we add shredded cheese, red onions, our Wescott Signature BBQ sauce and special white sauce. It's a heap of deliciousness!
