Thank you so much for your interest in our catering services. Wescott Barbecue is owned and operated by Kip and Jennifer Wescott. Kip is the pitmaster and is passionate about barbecue, which you can taste in his food. Jennifer helps with recipe development and business management. We love food and coming up with the absolute best product to serve to our clients. We offer fresh homemade sides and sauces, a variety of BBQ meats and something sweet for dessert. Everyone does beef brisket and we wanted to do something a little different. We smoke beef tri-tip, which is more tender and has a much beefier flavor.
